Each sound healing session is intentionally held to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic balance. Whether you’re joining me in person or in a private setting, this work is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with everything you need to prepare for your session.

What to Expect
Your comfort and sense of ease are my top priority. Each session begins with a brief check-in to help orient the space and gently attune to what feels most supportive for you that day — whether that’s deep rest, grounding, or energetic balance.
For private in-home sessions, I’ll arrive approximately 15 minutes early to set up the sound instruments and create a calm, intentional atmosphere within your space.
Please have a quiet area available for setup.
For in-studio sessions in Sherman Oaks, you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful, private environment designed to support stillness, presence, and relaxation.
Each sound healing experience is held with care and intention, offering a space to restore balance — body, mind, and energy.
Booking & Policies
I understand life happens and sometimes plans change. To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients and provide the best possible service, I require that any cancellations, changes, or reschedules be made AT LEAST 48 HOURS prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations, changes, or reschedules must be requested no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time

If the appointment is NOT canceled, changed, or rescheduled within the 48 hours of the appointment time, the full service fee (100%) will be charged.

If appointment is missed a second time, a deposit of $20 will be required to book. *Please note this excludes Thursday & Saturday Events*
