These live online gatherings are designed to support your nervous system through gentle sound, stillness, and presence. There's nothing to prepare, nothing to fix, and nothing to perform.

You are invited to arrive exactly as you are.

You're welcome to lie down, sit comfortably, or move as needed. There is no right way to experience sound healing.

Weekly Rest & Reset

Weekly Rest & Reset is a live, ongoing sound healing ceremony focused on nervous system regulation and deep rest.

This offering is intentionally simple and repetitive, allowing the body to soften over time rather than seeking constant change.

  • Frequency: Weekly

  • Length: 45-60 minutes

  • Format: Live on Zoom

  • Recording: Available after each session

This space is ideal if you're seeking a consistent rhythm of rest and support.

Saturday Reflection (Monthly/Seasonal)

Saturday Reflection is a quieter, shorter gathering held monthly or seasonally to support integration.

This offering is distinct from Weekly Rest & Reset.

It's designed as a pause -- a space to reflect, rest, and allow the week or season to settle.

  • Length: 30-45 minutes

  • Guidance: Minimal

  • Sound: Soft and optional

  • Sharing: Never required

Saturday Reflection is offered occasionally and intentionally, honoring natural cycles of rest.

Is Virtual Sound Healing Right for Me?

Virtual sound healing may be supportive if you:

  • Feel overstimulated or overwhelmed

  • Are craving rest without pressure

  • Prefer practicing from home

  • Want a gentle, consistent space to regulate

No prior experience with mediation or sound healing is necessary.

A Note on Care

Sound healing can be deeply supportive, but it is not a replacement for medical or mental health care. You're encouraged to listen to your body and participate in way that feel safe and supportive for you.

Rest is not a luxury, but a necessity.
