In-Person Sound Healing Session (Private)

A deeply restorative experience using crystal singing bowls, gentle guidance, and intentional silence to support relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

Themed Sound Healing Session
60 min – $22
Periodic themed sound healing ceremonies may focus on seasonal shifts, lunar cycles, or specific intentions such as grounding, emotional release, or deep rest. These offerings as announced as they become available.

Sound Healing Events
60 minutes – $10
One Saturday a month an in-person Sound Healing Ceremony is held at a studio in Manhattan Beach, CA. Everything is provided -- yoga mats, pillows, blankets, bolster, etc. -- all you have to do is bring yourself.

Virtual Sound Healing Session (Weekly Rest & Reset)
40 min – $15
These live, virtual sound healing ceremonies are held via Zoom and offer a powerful way to experience sound healing from the comfort of your own space. Each session includes intention setting, guided settling, and a full sound immersion designed to calm the nervous system and support energetic balance.

Group Sound Healing Session (4-15 people)

Enjoy the benefits of a Sound Healing Ceremony with a large group of friends. Feel the relaxing and grounding energy of the group as a whole.
