What to Expect
Sound baths are quiet, restful experiences designed to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. You’ll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while sound is offered through instruments such as bowls, chimes, and gentle tones.
There is no participation required. You’re welcome to simply rest, listen, and receive.
Shared,
Co-ed Space
Sound healing events are held in a shared, co-ed environment and are open to people of all genders and identities.
There is no physical touch involved unless clearly stated for a specific offering.
You are always welcome to:
-
Adjust your position
-
Take breaks
-
Step outside if needed
Your comfort comes first.
Recording Awareness
Some sessions may be gently recorded for replay or archival purposes. Recordings focus on the sound experience itself rather than individuals.
If you prefer not to be included in any recordings, you’re welcome to sit outside the camera’s view or let the facilitator know before the session begins.
Listening to Your Body
Sound healing is a supportive, non-medical practice intended for relaxation and reflection. Please honor your body and personal boundaries throughout the experience.
You may move, rest, or leave at any time.
A Final Note
You are welcome here exactly as you are.
Nothing more is expected of you than what feels supportive in the moment.
If you have any questions or sensitivities you’d like to share, feel free to reach out before attending.
