About the event
Join us at Heal Los Angeles in the Wellness Den for a serene evening of soothing sounds and gentle meditation. Relax and unwind after a hectic week. The Wellness Den is situated on the second floor. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please feel free to reach out!
Please note:
The event has limited space (12-15 people), so it's first come, first served. But don't worry, there will be more events in the future!
Parking onsite is limited, but there is free street parking on Sepulveda all day, or you can park across at the mall.
Upon arrival, please remove your shoes before entering the space, as there is a shoe rack located outside the door.
Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided, but feel free to bring anything else to enhance your experience.
